We mandate that all our vehicles pass a meticulous 51+ Point Inspection, conducted by our in-house experts, as well as an annual third-party inspection. This comprehensive inspection covers both the vehicle’s interior and exterior condition, as well as the safety equipment it carries.

Drivers

To adhere to the SafeRide Standard, our drivers must successfully clear 18 screening criteria before earning SafeRide Certification, allowing them to transport a single student. These prerequisites encompass:

1. Thorough federal, state, and local background checks.
2. Participation in a drug and alcohol consortium for pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and random testing.
3. Comprehensive county, state, and national criminal record verification.
4. Examination of sex offender registration records.
5. Submission of proof of insurance.
6. Completion of the PASS Training program.

Once officially SafeRide Certified, our drivers are fully equipped to embark on their journeys, backed by our local Field Operations and Routing teams and empowered by our advanced Driver App.

Parents

For parents, we offer full transparency through Our VIP App, granting them access to their loved one’s journey. Parents, guardians, and family members can benefit from:

1. Receiving trip notifications to stay informed.
2. Utilizing near real-time tracking to monitor their child’s location.
3. The option to cancel an upcoming trip if needed.

Additionally, our local Field Operations team collaborates closely with parents and guardians to maintain continuous communication and provide support. Prior to a student’s first trip, our team arranges an introduction with parents to discuss our services, driver and vehicle details, as well as specific information pertaining to their child’s requirements.
